About the Role

We’re hiring a Billing Oversight Associate to join our Finance Operations team. Reporting directly to the Billing Manager,

you will play a key role in the oversight of group-wide billing processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in operational accuracy, control, and efficiency.

This is a varied and impactful role suited for someone with a background in financial services billing and a strong grasp of investment fee structures and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Oversight

  • Review and validate complex base and performance fee invoicing

  • Approve Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) and fee structures

  • Sample check invoices for accuracy

  • Perform controls testing to mitigate risk

  • Review and approve related journal entries

Revenue Analysis & Reconciliations

  • Conduct month-end revenue analytical reviews

  • Prepare and reconcile general ledger entries

Audit Support

  • Assist in addressing audit requests and queries

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships with Client Management and other key teams

Project & Strategic Support

  • Support billing-related initiatives and process improvement projects across the group

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant billing experience in investment management or financial services

  • Proficiency with Oracle or similar ERP systems

  • Strong understanding of Investment Management Agreements and Performance Fee structures

  • Experience in implementing and evaluating internal financial controls

  • Advanced Excel skills for data modelling and validation

  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement

  • Reconciliation experience (preferred)
