About the Role
We’re hiring a Billing Oversight Associate to join our Finance Operations team. Reporting directly to the Billing Manager,
you will play a key role in the oversight of group-wide billing processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in operational accuracy, control, and efficiency.
This is a varied and impactful role suited for someone with a background in financial services billing and a strong grasp of investment fee structures and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Oversight

Review and validate complex base and performance fee invoicing
-
Approve Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) and fee structures
-
Sample check invoices for accuracy

Perform controls testing to mitigate risk
-
Review and approve related journal entries
Revenue Analysis & Reconciliations
-
Conduct month-end revenue analytical reviews
-
Prepare and reconcile general ledger entries
Audit Support

Assist in addressing audit requests and queries
Stakeholder Management
-
Build strong working relationships with Client Management and other key teams
Project & Strategic Support

Support billing-related initiatives and process improvement projects across the group
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

Relevant billing experience in investment management or financial services
-
Proficiency with Oracle or similar ERP systems
-
Strong understanding of Investment Management Agreements and Performance Fee structures
-
Experience in implementing and evaluating internal financial controls
-
Advanced Excel skills for data modelling and validation
-
Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement

Reconciliation experience (preferred)
