Position Overview
We are seeking a Premium Billing Specialist to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing accounts receivable, reconciling payments, and maintaining financial records. After successfully completing training, you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Accurately balance and reconcile health plan accounts receivables.

Maintain and update spreadsheets with current accounts payable and receivable data.

Verify accuracy of billing information and make corrections as needed.

Post payments, generate monthly reports, and manage collections.

Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
Education & Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in accounts receivables, reconciliation, and Excel required.

Certification: No specific certification or licensure required.
