About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Billing Specialist to support our accounts receivable operations. In this role, you will reconcile invoices from suppliers, generate accurate invoices for customers, and perform data entry into the billing system. The Billing Specialist will ensure timely and precise financial processing to maintain smooth business operations.
Responsibilities

Reconcile supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency.

Create and distribute invoices to customers.

Enter invoice data into the accounts receivable system.

Support billing-related tasks to ensure compliance and timeliness.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:

High School Diploma or GED.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online tools.
Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
