Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development

Build and lead comprehensive growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversion across the full marketing funnel.

Use platform trends, competitive benchmarks, and audience insights to identify high-impact growth opportunities.

Align social media initiatives with campaign calendars and overall marketing objectives.
Performance Analysis & Optimization

Monitor and analyze KPIs across paid and organic social channels to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Partner with analytics teams to develop dashboards that measure reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Translate insights into actionable adjustments to strategy, creative, targeting, and content planning.

Optimize paid social investment by balancing spend efficiency and campaign deliverables.
Campaign Execution & Management

Oversee day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), including audience segmentation, creative rotation, budgeting, and A/B testing.

Guide the team in planning and publishing organic content, community engagement, and real-time optimizations.

Establish and maintain a structured testing cadence across all social channels to refine creative, messaging, and calls-to-action.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with creative, web, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.

Share campaign results and insights with stakeholders to drive transparency and alignment.

Integrate social media into broader brand storytelling and demand generation strategies.
What You Bring
-
7+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with expertise in paid and organic social media.

5+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strong hands-on experience with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager).

Proficiency in social media management/analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native insights).

Knowledge of audience segmentation, content strategy, and engagement best practices across platforms.

Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics).

Strategic thinker with a performance-driven, analytical mindset.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
