Role Overview
Bryant & Stratton College Online Education seeks dedicated Part-Time instructors to teach Blended Remote Early Childhood Education courses. Faculty will facilitate active virtual learning, maintain contemporary knowledge and skills in the field, and support student success through personalized engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Preparation & Teaching:

Prepare courses in Blackboard by deadlines

Facilitate weekly 1 hour 35-minute Teams sessions
-
Provide 10–12 hours per week of instruction, including grading, discussion facilitation, and student support

Respond to student and colleague inquiries within 48 hours

Apply Seven Principles for Good Practice in undergraduate education

Grade assignments according to rubrics, provide detailed feedback, and track late submissions

Ensure ADA accommodations and academic integrity compliance
Administrative & Professional Duties:

Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development

Maintain current knowledge in Early Childhood Education and distance learning best practices

Collaborate with colleagues to improve courses and classroom performance

Serve as a brand ambassador for Bryant & Stratton College

Adhere to college policies, procedures, and probationary period requirements
Qualifications & Skills
-
Education: Master’s degree required, PhD preferred
-
Experience: 3+ years college-level teaching within the past 10 years; remote teaching preferred

Strong expertise in Early Childhood Education

Leadership, integrity, and ethical practice

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Proficiency with Blackboard, Microsoft Office, and online teaching technologies

Ability to function as part of a team and adapt to diverse student needs
