This hands-on leadership training program is designed to prepare talented individuals to become Store Operation Leaders through in-depth, rotational experience, workshops, and project-based learning.
What You’ll Do:

Gain hands-on experience in all store departments

Participate in classroom training, leadership workshops, and guided project work

Collaborate with regional leadership, store managers, and department leaders

Develop the skills to lead people, manage operations, and drive business outcomes
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred GPA: 3.0+)
-
1+ year of experience as a department or sub-department manager
-
Strong academic or professional performance history
Skills & Qualities:

Leadership potential with decision-making confidence
-
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-
Passion for results and a service-driven mindset
-
Flexibility to relocate as needed (relocation assistance provided)
Physical & Work Requirements:

Ability to lift 40–60 lbs regularly

Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, kneeling for long periods

Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment

Open availability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and various shifts

Maintain composure in high-pressure situations
