Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maximize the effectiveness of core banking systems and implement process improvements to elevate the customer experience.

Oversee daily operational reports, including DDA, CD, ACH, NSF, OD, and GL, to monitor branch performance and manage risk.

Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations while enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing risk exposure.

Supervise Tellers and New Accounts teams, providing direction to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and bank standards.

Enforce adherence to established bank policies, procedures, and industry best practices across all branch personnel.

Design, implement, and maintain robust security and accountability protocols to safeguard the integrity and accuracy of all data flows.

Lead process optimization initiatives, including system upgrades, workflow enhancements, and product testing, to ensure operational excellence.

Clearly define, communicate, and enforce roles, responsibilities, and accountability expectations for all staff involved in branch operations.

Maintain full regulatory compliance across all areas of branch operations, ensuring preparedness for audits and examinations at all times.
Supervisory Responsibilities and Reporting

Provide ongoing support to branch operations staff, including Branch Managers, while cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Direct and evaluate all operational aspects of branch activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policy and labor laws, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, recognition, and disciplinary procedures.

Resolve employee-related issues, manage operational challenges, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to maintain service excellence.

Relationship Management

Offer operational guidance and support to branch officers and staff, reinforcing their effectiveness in daily functions.
