Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercially focused strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.

Balance a dual-channel approach: targeting both Ethnic Markets and wider mainstream consumers.

Leverage data and insights to identify sales growth opportunities and drive innovation.

Collaborate with trade marketing and brand managers to align campaigns with ROI-driven objectives.

Lead and manage commercial partnerships and strategic collaborations to grow market presence.

Conduct competitor and consumer research to inform commercial planning and product positioning.

Work with product development teams to align innovation with consumer demand and market viability.

Develop on- and off-trade distribution strategies to increase visibility and availability of Orion products.

Track and analyse performance metrics, identifying actionable strategies for growth.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within FMCG, alcohol, or beverage sectors.

In-depth knowledge of the UK drinks/alcohol market and its key retail channels.
