We’re searching for a Brand Ambassador who’s commercially savvy, strategically minded, and passionate about premium beer. This is your chance to shape a brand’s growth journey in the UK market with real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercially focused strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.

  • Balance a dual-channel approach: targeting both Ethnic Markets and wider mainstream consumers.

  • Leverage data and insights to identify sales growth opportunities and drive innovation.

  • Collaborate with trade marketing and brand managers to align campaigns with ROI-driven objectives.

  • Lead and manage commercial partnerships and strategic collaborations to grow market presence.

  • Conduct competitor and consumer research to inform commercial planning and product positioning.

  • Work with product development teams to align innovation with consumer demand and market viability.

  • Develop on- and off-trade distribution strategies to increase visibility and availability of Orion products.

  • Track and analyse performance metrics, identifying actionable strategies for growth.

  • Manage commercial budgets with a focus on efficiency and maximum return.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align commercial goals with broader brand objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within FMCG, alcohol, or beverage sectors.

  • Track record of success in revenue growth, partnership building, and market expansion.

  • In-depth knowledge of the UK drinks/alcohol market and its key retail channels.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into strategic action.

  • Experience across multichannel strategy execution (ethnic, retail, and trade environments).

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
