As a Brand Ambassador – Talentpool, you will be part of our flagship store at The Strand, playing a key role in elevating the customer journey. This role offers the chance to connect with tea lovers from around the world, share the story of our rich heritage, and help deliver unique, immersive experiences. Whether it’s brewing world-class blends, leading Masterclasses, or supporting store operations—you’ll bring energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm to every moment. Your Role as a Brand Ambassador – Talentpool
Key Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador – Talentpool
As a Brand Ambassador – Talentpool, your role will be dynamic and deeply engaging, including:

Enhancing customer experience with warm, knowledgeable service on the shop floor.

Operating tills, managing Masterclass bookings, restocking products, and handling deliveries.

Maintaining the high standards of our historic flagship store, including upkeep of shop floors and back-of-house areas.

Brewing and serving specialty teas at the in-store tea bar, while explaining our offerings to customers.

Leading two-hour tea Masterclasses that highlight the history of tea, Twinings’ legacy, and the art of tasting.

Assisting with bespoke events, coordinating materials, and ensuring everything reflects the Twinings experience.
