Job Overview:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive branding strategy to strengthen the market presence, enhance customer engagement, and ensure consistency in the brand voice and visual identity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align branding efforts with company goals and help us stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Define and implement the overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to create a strong, differentiated market presence.
  • Brand Identity: Oversee the creation and consistent application of brand guidelines across all platforms, including visual design, tone of voice, and messaging.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including web copy, social media content, blog posts, and case studies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute branding campaigns to promote the company’s products and services across various digital and offline channels.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns using KPIs such as customer engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • SaaS Industry Knowledge: understanding of SaaS business models, including subscription-based services and digital marketing strategies is an asset.
  • Branding Expertise: Proven experience in developing brand strategies and executing successful branding campaigns.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop creative ideas that align with business objectives and engage target audiences.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead branding initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation platforms.
