Role Overview
As Brand Manager – Aman Studio, you will be the steward of brand consistency and creative excellence, ensuring all visual, narrative, and experiential touchpoints embody Aman’s sophisticated identity. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will focus heavily on Aman Residences, guiding brand expression from marketing collateral to in-residence experiences, and ensuring that every detail aligns with our ultra-luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a brand guardian, reviewing and approving all creative materials for brand accuracy and elegance.

Ensure all assets—digital, print, and spatial—adhere to Aman’s visual identity and brand guidelines.

Refine and evolve branding strategies for new developments, including branded residences and lifestyle offerings.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, design, and development teams to uphold brand integrity.

Guide external agencies and partners to deliver brand-consistent experiences and campaigns.

Conduct brand audits and provide actionable feedback to align execution across all channels.

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance storytelling, improve brand perception, and strengthen emotional engagement.

Deliver brand education to internal teams and stakeholders.

Stay informed on global luxury trends, particularly in hospitality, lifestyle, and high-end real estate.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or creative leadership in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium real estate sectors.

Deep understanding of luxury consumer psychology, aesthetics, and global branding strategies.

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello).

Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication skills.

International exposure, particularly in Asia and the Middle East, is a strong advantage.

Meticulous attention to detail and a strategic, collaborative mindset.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
