What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Brand Growth

Develop and execute brand strategies that boost awareness, drive consumer loyalty, and build long-term love for the brand

Design and implement go-to-market strategies, media plans, and messaging that resonate with our audience

Oversee the execution of brand campaigns and manage the brand calendar with precision

Partner closely with Sales to deliver standout shopper programs and compelling in-store activations

Manage relationships with external agencies and strategic brand partners

Lead the evolution of packaging across the granola portfolio to ensure consistency and innovation
Lead with Vision and Innovation

Turn fresh ideas into fully realized products—from initial concept to retail launch

Own the innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with broader priorities like Overdrive Snacking and expanding in the U.S. market

Define portfolio strategy, identify growth opportunities, and determine which SKUs deserve the spotlight

Oversee product updates, pricing strategies, and packaging improvements that align with our brand mission
Take Ownership of Performance

Lead P&L management and business reviews with a strong focus on margin growth and long-term sustainability

Use data and insights to guide decisions, identifying when to move forward—or not

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support your strategies and uncover new possibilities

Lead consumer testing efforts to ensure our innovations don’t just follow trends—they set them
About You
-
5+ years of experience in brand management within the CPG industry (experience with natural, organic, or snack brands is a big plus)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
-
Strong command of data tools like Nielsen and SPINS, and the ability to turn data into compelling stories

Inquisitive and consumer-obsessed, always thinking one step ahead

Skilled at managing multiple creative and strategic initiatives simultaneously

A clear and confident communicator who can turn insights into action
