You’ll take the lead in brand management, product development, and consumer-driven strategy aligned with retail and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity

Drive end-to-end brand management from product ideation to post-launch performance.

Uphold brand consistency across all marketing and retail channels as a guardian of our brand identity.

Collaborate on developing and executing trade marketing calendars with Sales & Comms teams.
Product & Innovation
-
Identify market trends and lead cross-functional collaboration to develop exciting, trend-led products.

Manage planograms, product assortments, and retail display planning.

Create price lists, product forecasts, and margin-maximizing strategies.
Marketing, Insights & Budgeting

Conduct in-depth competitor, consumer, and digital trend analysis using data and market insights.

Monitor brand performance, sales analytics, and customer feedback to fine-tune strategies.

Create and manage marketing budgets efficiently to deliver ROI-aligned campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with R&D, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment and brand integrity.

Represent the brand confidently and professionally to internal and external stakeholders, including key retailers across the UK and Europe.
Event Participation

Support and attend internal and external events to represent the brand and foster relationships.
Role Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a Brand Management, Marketing, or Communications role within beauty, cosmetics, or haircare.

Proven experience in product development and lifecycle management.

Confident, passionate presenter, especially when engaging retail partners.

Analytical thinker, skilled in turning market data into actionable insights.

Familiarity with marketing tools, software, and campaign planning platforms.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Previous experience working with UK and European retail partners (desirable).
