Overview

Cardo Systems, the global leader in wireless communication systems for motorcycles, outdoor, and ORV helmets, is seeking a hands-on and strategic Brand Manager to oversee brand growth and digital activation in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Scotland. This role combines brand building, retail engagement, and social media management to support Cardo’s continued leadership in these key markets.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management (50%)

  • Develop and execute brand strategy in the UK, Ireland, and Scotland, aligned with global guidelines

  • Adapt and implement global marketing campaigns for local markets

  • Conduct frequent retail visits to maintain brand visibility and collect market insights

  • Train retail partners and staff on product features, brand identity, and new launches

  • Represent Cardo Systems at key trade shows, motorcycle events, and partner activations in the UK and Ireland

  • Gather and report user feedback to inform internal strategy

Social Media & Digital Activation (50%)

  • Manage and grow Cardo’s UK-specific social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Plan and execute a UK-focused content calendar based on brand objectives

  • Collaborate with British and Irish influencers and content creators to drive awareness

  • Track and report social media metrics: engagement, reach, and follower growth

  • Localize global content and create tailored content for UK and Irish audiences

  • Oversee budget and paid campaigns in coordination with internal marketing teams

Requirements

  • Valid car and motorcycle license – Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, field sales, or retail marketing

  • Proficient in managing social media platforms and digital campaigns

  • Must be an active motorcycle rider – this is non-negotiable

  • Experience within the UK or Irish motorcycle/outdoor sports market is a strong advantage

  • Outdoor or skiing experience is a plus

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Scotland

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom – ideally near Birmingham, Milton Keynes, or Oxford
