Broadwick is looking for an experienced and culturally aware Brand Partnerships Account Manager to join our passionate team in London. This is a key opportunity for a Brand Partnerships Account Manager to manage and deliver exceptional brand collaborations across our iconic venues and festivals, including Drumsheds, Silverworks Island, and Magazine London. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end partnership delivery, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our creative, high-impact brand experiences. Core Responsibilities of a Brand Partnerships Account Manager
What a Brand Partnerships Account Manager Will Lead
As a Brand Partnerships Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to for partnership execution and client success across Broadwick’s event and venue portfolio.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end account management across Drumsheds, Silverworks Island, and other major venues.

Manage contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking with internal finance teams.

Ensure all brand deliverables are achieved through close coordination with marketing and comms.

Handle approvals for branded content, ticket competitions, and reporting.

Maintain consistent, high-quality client communication and post-event follow-ups.
Onsite Delivery & Activation Support
Brand Partnerships Account Manager Event Execution
As a Brand Partnerships Account Manager, your role extends to live event delivery, ensuring that brand activations run smoothly and clients are supported onsite.
Expect to:

Be available evenings/weekends during event seasons for on-site partnership management.

Coordinate brand partner activations, client hospitality, and build/load-in logistics.

Support guestlist requests and provide high-level brand-facing service during events.

Update project management systems and track deliverables for team-wide visibility.
Sales and Strategic Growth
Expanding Brand Reach as a Brand Partnerships Account Manager
Your insight and initiative will help us grow our partner portfolio by developing new business opportunities and outreach strategies.
You’ll assist with:

Sales presentations, pitch decks, and creative partnership proposals.

Identifying partnership trends and crafting concepts that resonate with our audience.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Experience:

2+ years in brand partnerships, ideally within events, venues, or festivals.

Experience managing partner activations and campaign delivery.

Strong client management, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure, highly organized, and self-motivated.

Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
