H-E-B is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Total Store Sanitation Representatives in Brenham, TX. This part-time role is essential to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for our customers and Partners.
Once eligible, you’ll become an Owner in the company, and help us continue our journey toward becoming The Greatest Omnichannel Retailing Company.
Responsibilities
Sanitation / Maintenance:

Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including floors, windows, break rooms, and restrooms

Refill paper towels, soap, and sanitizer at department hand-wash sinks
-
Remove trash and debris from flower beds and the store exterior
-
Clean and organize maintenance room; safely handle store chemicals
-
Empty and sanitize trash bins throughout departments
-
Follow SOPs to ensure sanitation and food safety compliance
-
Report problems, maintenance issues, or process improvements to Store Leaders
Customer Service:
-
Assist customers with questions or locating products
-
Perform duties of Customer Service Assistant (CSA) when needed

Provide a friendly and helpful presence throughout the store
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum age: 18

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of required certifications upon hire:

Physical Requirements
