Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, outlining current and future capabilities across the website and marketing platforms (including email, social media, and other digital channels).
- Support project planning efforts by defining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and contributing to successful project execution.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Design and execute test cases to validate solutions and ensure they meet business objectives and user needs.
- Create and maintain user documentation, including training materials, process flows, and system interaction diagrams to visualize workflows and processes.
- Act as a key liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear, consistent communication and alignment.
- Assist in change management activities by evaluating the impact of changes and promoting user adoption of new processes and systems.
- Analyze complex business challenges and design practical, effective solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements to improve operational performance and effectiveness.
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including drafting RFP documents, managing vendor communications, and evaluating proposals to recommend the best-fit solution for the organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Background in supporting or leading technology projects, including system implementations or software development; experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing platforms is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles, system integrations, and database concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience supporting IT projects through requirement gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including participation in Agile ceremonies and familiarity with tools such as Jira.
Compensation
- Classification: Exempt
- Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
- Annual Base Salary Range: $95,000 – $105,000
- Annual Bonus Opportunity: 15%
