Key Responsibilities

Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

Define technical product requirements and acceptance criteria.

Serve as the primary functional point of contact for development and QA teams.

Proactively identify gaps or issues and recommend improvements to functionality.

Organize and manage project items within TFS (e.g., Epics, Features, User Stories, Bugs).

Collaborate with UX teams to ensure alignment between functional and user experience requirements.
Training

On-the-job training provided.
Qualifications
-
Solid understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, project management, or a related technical role.

Proven experience in developing and writing business and functional requirements for software products.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and independent settings.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with diverse stakeholders.

Experience with Agile project management tools such as TFS, JIRA, or similar platforms.
