Key Job Responsibilities

Manage data processes including accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA code, organizing data, and designing reports that offer clear, at-a-glance visualizations of business performance.

Retrieve and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data management tools.

Design and implement reporting solutions that empower stakeholders to effectively manage the business and make informed decisions.

Own the reporting process to ensure reports are accurate, timely, and customer-focused, promptly resolving any data discrepancies.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes.

Monitor existing metrics, create new ones, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

Support cross-functional teams with day-to-day execution of ongoing program implementations.

Generate complex queries to investigate and address process-related issues.

Innovate to enhance the overall customer experience.
Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to extract business insights.

Proficiency with SQL.

Proven ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or related role.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.

Fluency in a modeling language such as Python or R.

Experience with statistical modeling languages or toolboxes.
