Job Introduction
Are you a Business Analyst with experience in retail, logistics, warehousing, or EDI? Card Factory is seeking a proactive and collaborative analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and smart, scalable solutions.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work cross-functionally to shape processes, lead discovery workshops, define requirements, and challenge assumptions to uncover the best path forward. Your insight will directly influence our journey to becoming a true omni-channel retailer.
Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and business analysis aligned with company strategy

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels, including C-suite

Map and analyze current and future business processes using tools like Microsoft Visio

Support development and QA teams with testing scenarios, UAT, and documentation

Collaborate across squads to uncover dependencies and maintain project momentum

Evaluate options and contribute to the creation of robust business cases

Promote clear communication and documentation across all phases of delivery
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within retail, wholesale, logistics, or supply chain

Strong knowledge of EDI systems and end-to-end supply chain processes

Confident in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and requirements engineering

Exceptional communicator – both written and verbal

Comfortable leading discovery sessions and engaging stakeholders at all levels
-
BCS, IIBA or equivalent certification is a plus
