Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be instrumental in supporting financial and inventory modeling, data management, reporting, and analytics to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of planning tools, including surplus/deficit models, release schedules, and customer demand/consumption forecasts (AMU).

Assist in creating methodologies and tools for managing logistics and supply chain initiatives such as Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory and inventory control programs.

Enhance and streamline processes for building complex financial models, reports, and data analyses.

Improve the accuracy and usability of planning tools to optimize inventory control and turnover rates.

Prepare and analyze daily and weekly customer reports, including inventory levels, consumption patterns, minimum/maximum thresholds, backlogs, and lead times.

Generate and assess key performance indicators related to inventory, shipping, and financial metrics.

Extract, consolidate, and prepare data from multiple systems to support contract reviews and customer evaluations.

Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams across all Howmet Fastening Systems (HFS) locations.

Compile and evaluate data for monthly operational performance reviews.
Qualifications
Required:
-
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a quantitative or operations-related discipline.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; employment eligibility will be verified at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Preferred:

Strong understanding of logistics, demand planning, and inventory management systems, ideally within the fastener or manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, QAD/COP, or similar platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package effective on the first day of employment. Benefits include:
