About the Role
Guidehouse is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Platform Architect to design secure and scalable solutions for the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will gather requirements, perform business process analysis, and deliver functional designs that align with client needs. This is a client-facing position where you’ll act as both a technical and business expert, ensuring solutions drive value and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and design Dynamics 365/Power Apps applications to deliver new functionality.

Conduct requirements gathering and business process analysis.

Advise teams on solution architecture, technical designs, and secure implementations.

Support proposals and deliver presentations to executives and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. equivalent).
-
U.S. Citizenship (contractual requirement).
-
Strong communication skills, with ability to engage C-level executives.

Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft CRM modules (Sales, Call Center).

Skilled in business requirements gathering (as-is / to-be models).

Experience in defining conversions, interfaces, and integration development with Microsoft CRM APIs.

Ability to create strong business cases supported by value-driven recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a Big 4 consulting firm or Microsoft Gold Partner.

BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Previous work with public sector clients.

Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodologies.
Compensation
-
Annual Salary: $92,000 – $153,000
-
Compensation based on skills, experience, certifications, and business needs.
