About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our remote team in the United States. In this role, you will conduct moderately complex business and process analysis across functions and systems, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and identify opportunities for workflow improvements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, evaluate enterprise system interrelationships, and recommend enhancements that align with organizational objectives.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional with a strong background in insurance, financial services, or enterprise IT systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis planning and monitoring, including stakeholder identification, requirements management, and communication planning.

  • Develop acceptance criteria and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for core systems, integrations, and complex projects.

  • Document test plans, test cases, and results, leveraging automation tools when appropriate.

  • Manage and maintain requirements traceability, ensuring alignment from planning through post-production.

  • Conduct process modeling to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and create diagrams that support communication and decision-making.

  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives, SDLC-based IT system deployments, and business training/documentation.


Qualifications

Required:

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, data extraction, and process modeling tools.

  • Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT testing.

  • Proficiency with SDLC methodologies and requirements management tools.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • IIBA or PMI certification in business analysis or project management.

  • Prior experience with cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives.

  • Experience with automation tools for testing.
