Key Responsibilities
- Manage back-end processes for the CRM/Salesforce platform

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required); Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years in healthcare, project management, and analytics
- Proficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and data tools (Workbench, Inspector, or Data Loader)
- Strong Excel and data reporting experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
