As a Business Analyst (Mid-Level), you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and developers to refine automation goals and enhance business processes. You’ll document workflows, manage evolving process requirements, and ensure that automation solutions align with business needs and performance targets.
Shape Process Efficiency in the Business Analyst (Mid-Level) Role
In this Business Analyst (Mid-Level) role, you’ll lead efforts in documentation and training to drive operational excellence. You’ll validate automation benefits, organize knowledge transfer sessions, and ensure updated, accurate process records to support ongoing transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Document workflows and gather process requirements
- Collaborate with SMEs and developers to define automation goals
- Support and conduct training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Track and maintain updated process documentation
- Validate and measure automation outcomes with stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis
- Familiarity with RPA tools and process mapping
- UiPath Business Analyst certification preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Active Secret Security Clearance required
- BS in Business or a related field
Certifications: UiPath Business Analyst Foundation
Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 (based on experience, education, and skills)
