In the Operations Business Analyst role, you’ll help WAHVE’s insurance carrier and MGA clients streamline operations and improve service delivery. Your duties may include:
- Coordinating with departments like underwriting, compliance, IT, and accounting.
- Translating customer requirements into functional and technical documentation.
- Managing multi-state, multi-line insurance accounts throughout their policy life cycle.
- Supporting the development of operational KPIs and service standards.
- Processing transactions while adhering to regulations and workflows.
- Interpreting bureau rules (ISO, AAIS, NCCI) and proprietary company guidelines.
- Leveraging expertise in Cyber, E&O, and Privacy/Security Liability lines.
Qualifications for Operations Business Analyst
To qualify for the Operations Business Analyst position, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 25 years of full-time work experience.
- At least 10 recent years in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- The ability to work independently in a virtual team environment.
