Business Process Analysis & Optimization:

Analyze, document, and improve existing business processes across departments.

Identify gaps, redundancies, and bottlenecks, recommending data-driven solutions.

Develop scalable and efficient workflows that enhance overall performance.
Program Management:

Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

Monitor program performance and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.

Manage reactive change and ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership.

Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to gather input and drive consensus.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Risk Management, and Shared Services.

Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing while collecting and analyzing data.

Provide management updates on budget vs. actual performance, economic impacts, and compliance issues.

Drive implementation of new business processes and monitor adherence to Oracle Business Practices.
Qualifications & Compensation:

This role may require compliance with US customer-facing or occupational health mandates.

US Hiring Range: $97,500 – $199,500 per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.
