Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will work under the direction of a Project Manager on new customer engagement projects for Specialty Services products. Your responsibilities include analyzing, documenting, and supporting requirements while helping configure systems and testing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

  • Develop customer-focused documentation, including wireframes, use cases, and business rules.

  • Assist with software testing and system configuration activities.

  • Participate in work estimation and system design efforts.

  • Stay current with industry trends and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Solid understanding of the insurance industry.

  • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and software.
