Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work under the direction of a Project Manager on new customer engagement projects for Specialty Services products. Your responsibilities include analyzing, documenting, and supporting requirements while helping configure systems and testing software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Develop customer-focused documentation, including wireframes, use cases, and business rules.

Assist with software testing and system configuration activities.

Participate in work estimation and system design efforts.

Stay current with industry trends and methodologies.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Strong analytical, detail-oriented skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

Solid understanding of the insurance industry.

Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and software.
