Job Purpose

As a Business Analyst (HR), you’ll be pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Focused on HR and cross-functional business operations, you will drive technology and reporting projects by partnering with stakeholders and IT teams to define, develop, and implement impactful solutions across the organisation.

This role sits within our Business Operations Portfolio, supporting areas such as HR, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, and Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops to gather, validate, and document business requirements

  • Define user stories, identify stakeholders, and manage documentation

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams

  • Create and maintain process flow visuals and change documentation

  • Liaise with solution architects, enterprise data leads, and developers

  • Write and execute test scripts, log bugs, and support triage processes

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prioritize fixes

  • Deliver training and provide hypercare support post-implementation

  • Ensure consistent methodology and knowledge transfer to BAU owners

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in business systems analysis within HR or related fields

  • Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex ideas for non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of retail and product lifecycle processes

  • Experience with project artefacts from scoping to delivery

  • Skilled in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative in nature

  • Knowledge or experience in HR, Supply Chain, or Sustainability is a plus
