About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager with expertise in Commercial Lines Insurance to drive business change, enhance processes, and implement new technologies. This role requires experience in underwriting, claims, policy administration, and regulatory compliance within a commercial insurance environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in insurance change and transformation, specifically in commercial lines insurance (Property, Liability, Specialty, etc.)
✔ Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives
✔ Background in Product Management or experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments
✔ Familiarity with regulatory change, such as IFRS 17
About You:
✔ Proven experience in commercial lines insurance
✔ Strong track record of delivering large-scale programs, reporting to senior stakeholders, and managing multiple teams
✔ Deep understanding of the project lifecycle, with experience in process design, system implementation, and client deliverables
✔ Excellent relationship management skills, with a proactive approach to solving challenges
✔ Experience in insurance transformation projects
✔ Knowledge of programme planning, control techniques, and operational excellence initiatives
✔ Expertise in insurance capability enhancement and digital ways of working, including the development of target operating models
