Blackmont Consulting is a student-run organization founded in 2020, dedicated to delivering practical, high-impact solutions for businesses. We help clients improve decision-making, business performance, and shareholder returns.

As a consulting intern, you’ll collaborate on real-world projects, tackle complex business problems, and gain skills that prepare you for your career—both at Blackmont and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in teams of 6–8 to solve real-world business challenges.

  • Conduct market trend analysis and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Develop solutions for client goals and ensure timely delivery of results.

  • Gather primary research from industry contacts, customers, suppliers, and competitors.

  • Assess sector, currency, political, and regulatory risks where applicable.

  • Perform financial analysis and modeling, evaluating company performance and returns.

  • Develop innovative strategies and tools for client engagement.

  • Collect, interpret, and present data to case teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Current university students (undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD).

  • Commitment of at least three months.

  • Willingness to become a Blackmont Member (covers software, training, and platform costs).

  • Previous work experience is a plus but not required.
