Position Summary
The ERP Business Contracts Analyst is responsible for the setup, management, and maintenance of contracts within the ERP system across all regions. This role ensures accuracy in contract data, compliance with SOX requirements, and alignment with project requirements. The analyst will collaborate closely with operations, finance, and estimating teams to drive efficiency and accuracy in contract reporting and management.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze project estimates, planned hours, and pricing to ensure accurate contract setup and compliance with SOX requirements.

Maintain active contracts, including updates to existing items, creation of new items, and adjustments to pricing.

Manage the contract closeout process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, ERP Support, and Regional Finance Managers to support cross-functional objectives.

Coordinate with Operations to ensure effective job management and reliable reporting.

Perform additional duties as required to support the success of the department and organization.
Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

Proven interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Associate degree or higher preferred; alternatively, at least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or utility industry.
