What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Coordinator, with a focus on business operations and financial processes.

  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and budgeting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and platforms.


The Impact You’ll Make

As a Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in aligning business objectives with technology solutions. This position calls for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can collaborate across departments to drive informed decision-making and process improvements. A working knowledge of IT, information security, and finance is essential for providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to define and document business requirements aligned with strategic goals.

  • Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements backed by data.

  • Risk Management: Recognize potential risks in areas like information security and finance, and help develop mitigation strategies.

  • Financial Support: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit assessments to support business decisions.

  • Documentation: Develop detailed documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and business requirement documents.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders, offering regular updates and addressing issues promptly.
