Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting & Analysis: Interpret complex requirements through detailed review of Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and leverage your expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot production data failures.

  • Solution Development: Propose and recommend practical solutions to correct data issues based on thorough root cause investigations.

  • SQL Scripting: Develop and execute SQL scripts to resolve data inconsistencies, working alongside technical teams to ensure successful implementation in the production environment.

  • Data Verification & Certification: Validate and certify the accuracy of data changes following implementation, ensuring compliance with business rules.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate technical solutions and business requirements to systems analysts, technical leads, and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Data Documentation & Analysis: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of data lineage and source-to-target mappings, accurately documenting data elements to meet business needs.

  • Meetings & Presentations: Lead meetings and deliver presentations to share analysis findings and project updates with teams and stakeholders.

  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work in close partnership with both business and technical teams to align on data requirements and business rules, ensuring thorough documentation of results.

  • Time & Resource Management: Efficiently manage multiple priorities and resources to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Problem Resolution Ownership: Take full responsibility for the entire issue resolution process, ensuring timely and precise solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Business or Data Analysis, with strong expertise in Data Warehouse environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, especially with Oracle databases; recent hands-on experience preferred.

  • Deep knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Mart concepts, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data flows and mappings.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Toad for data comparison, JIRA, and Confluence.

  • Basic exposure to AWS environments (login, repository access) is advantageous but not required.

  • Proficient in interpreting Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documentation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong understanding and experience working in Agile methodologies and tools.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Ability to read and analyze Informatica code is required; however, development experience with Informatica is not necessary.
