About the Role
We are seeking a Business Data Analyst II to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve operational performance and decision-making. This role focuses on developing reports, predictive models, and visualizations that enhance efficiency, support cost-saving initiatives, and drive better business outcomes. You will collaborate with site leadership, operations, and finance to monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and identify improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply hindsight, insight, and foresight analytics to deliver actionable recommendations.

• Leverage business and data structure knowledge to identify and solve operational challenges.

• Use spreadsheets, databases, and analytical software to assess ongoing activities.

• Create data visualizations to accelerate decision-making (decrease Cycle Time to Action).

• Identify areas to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance operations.

• Support new account start-ups and reporting implementation.

• Develop standardized and ad hoc reports for sites and customers.

• Streamline and automate internal and external reporting processes.

• Partner with Finance to build financial models for productivity and payroll analysis.

• Design, develop, and implement operational data collection and reporting methods.

• Track and forecast storage capacities, inventory levels, equipment, and labor needs.

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data and system issues promptly.

• Assist in labor budget modeling based on operational changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 0–2 years of analytics experience.

• Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to various audiences.
