About the Job

Sano Select is seeking a motivated and self-driven Independent Business Development Manager (BDM) or Sales Development Representative to expand partnerships with U.S. healthcare employers seeking qualified international nurses.

This remote, commission-only position is perfect for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about networking, relationship-building, and driving measurable results in the global healthcare recruitment industry.

About the Role

You will connect with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare employers across the United States to present Sano Select’s direct international recruitment solutions. Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities, setting up discovery meetings, and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Initially, the role will require 5–10 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a part-time or full-time position based on performance and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential healthcare employers via calls, LinkedIn, and email.

  • Present Sano Select’s recruitment services and schedule introductory/discovery meetings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, nursing leaders, and healthcare administrators.

  • Collaborate with Sano Select’s founder to nurture and close new accounts.

  • Manage your outreach pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Stay informed about healthcare staffing trends and international recruitment developments.

  • Represent Sano Select professionally in all communications and interactions.

Qualifications

  • Existing network in the healthcare industry (especially with nursing employers).

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

  • Experience in B2B sales, recruiting, or lead generation preferred (especially in healthcare).

  • Interest in healthcare, recruitment, or international business is a plus.

  • Reliable internet connection and computer required.
