Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new logo accounts for DeVryWorks. Success will be measured by your ability to close deals and achieve timely first enrollments from new partnerships. This position requires a motivated, strategic, and results-oriented professional capable of driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients to expand our customer base.

Utilize cold calling, email outreach, and social networking for lead generation.

Focus on DeVryWorks Grant partnerships and skills-based training programs.
Qualification:

Engage potential clients to understand their needs and match solutions accordingly.

Qualify leads based on established criteria for effective resource use.

Diagnose client needs to recommend multiple related solutions.
Presentation & Demonstration:

Clearly communicate product and service value propositions.

Conduct virtual product demos to showcase program benefits.
Closing Deals:

Proactively manage the full sales cycle to close high volumes of deals.

Address objections and ensure successful client onboarding.
Pipeline Management:

Maintain a robust pipeline and report progress using CRM tools (Salesforce).

Track and prioritize leads through the sales funnel.
Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to activation.

Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
Technology Utilization:

Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, MS Teams, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator.

Use data and reporting trends for performance optimization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

3+ years of facilitation or virtual delivery experience.

Strong background in solutions-based selling to C-suite and HR leaders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker.

Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.

Creative and innovative mindset with a drive for process improvement.

Interest in the education or skills training industry preferred.
