Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and presentations.

  • Forecast and develop strategic sales plans.

  • Represent the company at meetings and client presentations.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

  • Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance and opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar B2B sales role.

  • Strong consultative selling and client acquisition skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Confident, resilient, and able to manage rejection positively.

  • Strong time management and diary planning skills.

  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility for national travel.
