Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and presentations.

Forecast and develop strategic sales plans.

Represent the company at meetings and client presentations.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance and opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar B2B sales role.

Strong consultative selling and client acquisition skills.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Confident, resilient, and able to manage rejection positively.

Strong time management and diary planning skills.
-
Full UK driving licence with flexibility for national travel.
