Position Overview

Paysafe is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Video Games to join its Revenue team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the video games and/or payments industry, excels at building strategic partnerships, and is motivated by driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

As a key ambassador for the Paysafe brand, you’ll identify, qualify, and close high-value clients while contributing to the company’s broader enterprise sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Paysafe as an external-facing brand ambassador for its payment solutions.

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and potential clients.

  • Present products and solutions to prospects in a structured and persuasive manner.

  • Cold call, network, and schedule meetings to generate new business opportunities.

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with clients through onboarding, “go-live” timelines, and launch activities.

  • Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing inquiries and identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Liaise with internal teams, including Merchant Support and Marketing, to enhance client success.

  • Provide sales performance updates to leadership.

  • Mentor and train junior sales team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a related role.

  • Proven experience in the video games industry or payments sector (strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing sales pipelines.

  • Strong relationship management, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High energy, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
