As we continue expanding in 2025, we are inviting sales professionals of all experience levels to join our Business Development team and help grow our global MedTech presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow RQM+’s integrated services across Regulatory, Quality, Clinical Trials, and Lab Testing (Biocompatibility, E&L).

  • Lead consultative sales discussions to understand client goals related to compliance, market access, innovation, and lifecycle management.

  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities—owning the process from early engagement to contract close.

  • Conduct outreach, attend client meetings, and lead proposal development to drive commercial growth.

  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships—acting as a key point of contact and escalation for service excellence.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, Project Managers) to align proposals and deliverables.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) for forecasting, pipeline tracking, and client reporting.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to inform strategy.

  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and client-facing events as needed to meet KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, business, healthcare).

  • 2+ years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical regulatory/quality affairs (required).

  • Proven CRO experience with sales in Clinical Trials or Lab services (required).

  • 3–5 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in life sciences, MedTech, or healthcare consulting.

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and securing long-term client partnerships.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and proposal/contract tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple high-value client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with contracts, pricing models, and integrated service offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MedTech consulting services across the product lifecycle.

  • Knowledge of global regulatory environments (FDA, EU MDR, etc.).

  • Contract negotiation and pricing experience.

  • CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).
