Summary
EBQ is seeking a motivated, entry-level Appointment Setter to support our appointment setting service. This role is responsible for developing and nurturing a lead generation pipeline, conducting cold call outreach, setting appointments, and generating sales-qualified leads for client projects. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound phone calls and send professional emails to schedule appointments

Manage and grow a lead generation pipeline across multiple campaigns

Learn and apply EBQ’s internal processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce, G-Suite, Outlook)

Understand project-specific value propositions, qualification criteria, and competitive insights

Meet or exceed monthly performance targets

Follow direction from supervisors and leadership

Represent EBQ professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized and process-oriented

Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

Willingness to learn and grow in a structured team environment
Preferred (Not Required)

Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Office, G-Suite

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
