Responsibilities

Contribute to multiple projects by analyzing requirements and delivering effective solutions, including reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.

Utilize business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAS Visual Analytics to develop data-driven solutions.

Perform hands-on querying and analysis using internal data sources like the Analytical Data Store, Trusted Data Store, and additional relevant datasets.

Identify and incorporate external and internal data sources as necessary to meet project needs.

Translate customer needs into clearly documented business requirements to guide solution development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and implement analytics and reporting solutions.

Communicate project updates and findings clearly to stakeholders and internal teams.

Test, debug, and evaluate enterprise software upgrades, report issues to vendors, and create comprehensive end-user training materials.

Partner with development teams to review, test, and implement projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Provide daily technical support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting for enterprise applications.

Liaise with external vendor support teams to maintain and enhance enterprise software systems.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements from end users.

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with complex database structures.

Hands-on experience in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-level applications.

Previous experience in higher education is a plus.

This is an onsite role based at our administrative office in Irvine, CA.
Compensation

Salary Range: $98,454.61 – $142,710.62
