About the Role
As a Data Analyst at COUNTRY Financial, you’ll play a vital role in shaping business decisions by delivering clear, data-driven insights. In this position, you’ll collaborate with key business partners to collect, analyze, and report on data from multiple sources—helping uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and guide strategic initiatives. Your work will blend quantitative and qualitative analysis to highlight performance metrics, drive process improvement, and support company growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Identify trends and patterns in data to generate ongoing reports and visualizations (dashboards, heat maps, charts) that support business strategies.

Develop actionable reports highlighting KPIs, root cause analyses, and performance improvement opportunities.

Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations that align with business objectives.

Use data storytelling and prescriptive analytics to clearly communicate findings.

Design, develop, test, and deploy new data products and dashboards to support operational and strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For

Typically requires 7+ years of experience in a related role or a blend of education, training, and relevant work experience.

Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and related data structures.

Ability to analyze data within both traditional and big data environments.

Experience in generating and interpreting data visualizations for insight-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, Git, and data forecasting techniques.

Skilled in using Microsoft Office and familiar with business intelligence platforms and database technologies.

Strong project management abilities, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Compensation

Base Salary Range: $94,000–$129,250
(Actual salary is determined based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.) -
Incentive Pay: Eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Plan
