How You’ll Make an Impact

• Identify trends and patterns in data to generate ongoing reports and visualizations (dashboards, heat maps, charts) that support business strategies.

• Develop actionable reports highlighting KPIs, root cause analyses, and performance improvement opportunities.

• Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations that align with business objectives.

• Use data storytelling and prescriptive analytics to clearly communicate findings.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new data products and dashboards to support operational and strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in a related role or a blend of education, training, and relevant work experience.

• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and related data structures.

• Ability to analyze data within both traditional and big data environments.

• Experience in generating and interpreting data visualizations for insight-driven decision-making.

• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, Git, and data forecasting techniques.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office and familiar with business intelligence platforms and database technologies.

• Strong project management abilities, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $94,000–$129,250
  (Actual salary is determined based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.)

• Incentive Pay: Eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Plan
