Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Planning teams.
- Gather insights to identify and implement improvement projects (e.g., service level performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory management).
- Play a key role in Business Planning projects, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain and update master data while supporting SAP systems.
- Build strong relationships with the Business Planning and Supply Chain Operations teams.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of managing a multi-dimensional global FMCG company.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (graduated before September 2025).
- Enthusiasm for FMCG and Supply Operations.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Dynamic, creative, and solution-oriented team player.
