Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Planning teams.
• Gather insights to identify and implement improvement projects (e.g., service level performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory management).
• Play a key role in Business Planning projects, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain and update master data while supporting SAP systems.
• Build strong relationships with the Business Planning and Supply Chain Operations teams.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of managing a multi-dimensional global FMCG company.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (graduated before September 2025).
• Enthusiasm for FMCG and Supply Operations.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Dynamic, creative, and solution-oriented team player.
