Position Overview
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating workflows, identifying process improvements, and implementing system enhancements. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and implement business process improvements, procedures, and system changes.

Analyze business impacts, benefits, and requirements for process and system updates.

Conduct stakeholder interviews and document detailed business needs.

Create and review workflow diagrams and process documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Provide training materials, manuals, and post-implementation support.

Identify ongoing opportunities for process efficiency.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis, data gathering, and solution development.

Proficiency in Excel, flowcharting, activity diagrams, and workflow modeling.

Experience in financial/risk analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
