What You’ll Be Doing

As a Verizon Sales Professional, you’ll bring your customer relations expertise, sales skills, and passion for technology to deliver cutting-edge business solutions. This mobile role covers Council Bluffs, Des Moines, Sioux City, IA, and Omaha, NE, requiring field visits and in-person meetings with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new business opportunities through cold-calling, social selling, and lead-generation campaigns.

  • Growing and retaining existing customer accounts.

  • Consulting with businesses to identify challenges and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Promoting Verizon’s technology products such as Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google platforms, and mobility solutions.

  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers to maximize revenue.

  • Tracking sales progress with advanced CRM and automation tools.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a motivated, people-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving complex challenges, and achieving ambitious goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of work/military experience.

  • 4+ years in sales, prospecting, or negotiation.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% within your assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or outside sales.

  • Technology or SaaS sales experience.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), social selling, and digital platforms.

  • Strong presentation skills both in-person and virtually.

Where You’ll Work

This is a mobile role, with most time spent in the field at customer locations. Occasional visits to Verizon offices are required for training and meetings.
