An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Business Support Administrator to join the Mansfield North Family Hub Network within Mansfield District. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational and administrative needs of the service while helping to deliver essential services to children, young people, and families in the local community. This role offers a varied and rewarding work environment as Nottinghamshire’s Children’s Centre Service transforms into a broader Family Hub Network for ages 0-19.
Key Responsibilities for a Business Support Administrator
Daily Duties of a Business Support Administrator
As a Business Support Administrator, your duties will include:

Handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations

Managing data input accurately using MS Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and other systems

Welcoming families, children, and young people into the office-based Family Hub locations
-
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring GDPR compliance
-
Demonstrating excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Working effectively as part of a friendly, supportive team

Adapting to changing priorities with a flexible, can-do attitude

Travelling between hub locations (a taxi service is available for those with disabilities)
Required Skills and Experience for a Business Support Administrator
