Business Support Administrator Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join the Mansfield North Family Hub Network, based within the Mansfield District. The position is ideal for a dynamic individual who is organized, flexible, and ready to contribute to the ongoing transformation of our Children’s Centre Service. The Business Support Administrator will play a key role in providing administrative support to various sites, helping expand the services offered to families with children aged 0-19 years. This is a part-time, office-based role, working 22.5 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities of Business Support Administrator

As a Business Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and managing administrative tasks across multiple sites

  • Demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing work demands

  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

  • Inputting accurate data and using various IT systems like MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

  • Providing support to teams and welcoming families to the sites

Skills and Experience for Business Support Administrator

To succeed as a Business Support Administrator, you should have:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience with IT systems, including MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint (training on specialist systems will be provided)

  • A flexible approach to work and a problem-solving attitude

  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel between sites is required
