Business Support Administrator Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join the Mansfield North Family Hub Network, based within the Mansfield District. The position is ideal for a dynamic individual who is organized, flexible, and ready to contribute to the ongoing transformation of our Children’s Centre Service. The Business Support Administrator will play a key role in providing administrative support to various sites, helping expand the services offered to families with children aged 0-19 years. This is a part-time, office-based role, working 22.5 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

As a Business Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Organizing and managing administrative tasks across multiple sites

Demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing work demands

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

Inputting accurate data and using various IT systems like MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

Providing support to teams and welcoming families to the sites
Skills and Experience for Business Support Administrator
To succeed as a Business Support Administrator, you should have:

A full driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel between sites is required
