Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Support Administrator to manage administrative functions at Broxtowe Day Centre. Working 22.5 hours per week, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations for a vital day service supporting the local community.

Your main duties will include:

  • Front desk and phone reception responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries from professionals and service users

  • Coordinating daily administrative functions

  • Supporting Day Centre Team Leaders and Managers

Key Responsibilities – Business Support Administrator

 Daily Duties

As a Business Support Administrator, your tasks will involve:

  • Using Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams to complete accurate administrative work

  • Managing reports, stats, goods ordering, and records

  • Monitoring finances, petty cash, and ensuring monthly reconciliations

  • Occasionally traveling to Bingham Day Service for financial compliance

  • Keeping clear and auditable records in line with GDPR
