The Role
We are seeking a Server who is passionate about health, wellness, and exceptional service. As part of our dining team, you will deliver clean, organic, and sustainable cuisine to guests while providing an outstanding service experience that aligns with Canyon Ranch’s nutritional philosophy.
Responsibilities

Perform set-up and breakdown duties according to dining room SOPs

Greet guests warmly, take accurate food & beverage orders, and serve promptly

Anticipate and attend to guest needs throughout the meal using names when appropriate

Educate guests on menu items and Canyon Ranch’s approach to nutrition and wellness
Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in a fast-paced food service environment

Strong knowledge or interest in healthy dining and nutrition

Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a full-service resort setting
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $17.00 (breakfast/lunch) | $19.00 (dinner shifts) + incentive potential
